Fourteen people took part in the first round of the melee, which is being played in honour of Derrick Tron. Christine Tron has donated a shield and medals for the winner and runners up.

Maggie Milton was the winner, the only player to win all three games played. Seven players won two games with Richard Brickles coming second, Sheila Philips third and Jo Beer fourth.

The next round will be played on 15th May and you still have the opportunity to score points, even if you missed this time. The more people who enter the more points there are on offer.

Thanks go to Michael Wheatley who is organising the event this year.
